The Yes Way's training program on equality, diversity and inclusion for sustainable business
for an Equal and inclusive innovations and business support system
We offer tools that will give more people the opportunity to be a part of the societal- and technological development regardless of gender, origin, age or function variation. Something that in turn gives room for new and different innovative solutions, skills and forms of business.
We are convinced that all organisations need different support in their development process.
Therefore, both the content and coaching are tailored and individualised based on the organisations that are adopted to the program. The program is based on proven tools and methods that are communicated and implemented through individual coaching and follow-up, in-person and digital meetings with the other organisations as well as provision of lots of practical tools.
5 PRACTICAL TOOL BOXES
During 5 occasions, The Yes Way will provide different toolboxes (Toolbox) containing exercises and materials tailored to you and your organization. Access to the respective Toolbox with materials and tools is posted on the platform and launched on specific dates during the course of the program. The implementation is done between the dates. Updates are sent out via email. Please note the dates.
DIGITAL HITS
During the course of the training program, we will meet digitally. The meetings will be interactive and we will have the opportunity to exchange experience, knowledge and inspiration. Book the dates already today. The meetings will be held on zoom.

This is a self-assessment survey where your organization has the opportunity to self-reflect and review your current situation linked to your organization's equality, diversity and inclusion work. The survey is done by one person and requires some preparation. Click further for further instructions. When you are done with the self-assessment, you move on to step 2. (Answer no later than October 15, 2021).
When you have completed the survey, you may also want others in your business to do it, in any case we suggest that you create your own! Here you can download the questions.

Workshop: What are we doing well and how can we get better?
An inclusive work environment and organisational culture is required for everyone in the organisation/team and for the business to reach its full potential. This is an area that needs to be constantly reviewed and followed up
on. In this exercise you will use the SWOT analysis method. Here you have the opportunity to highlight and discuss your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats linked to your gender equality and inclusion work. The purpose is to give the team and the group an opportunity to gain insights and develop together in the area.

The checklist has been developed to serve as support for those who work with the recruitment process. It can be used in the organisation or be filled in by an external part such as a recruitment company.
